About Us

Gas Strut Engineering was founded in 1991 due to gas struts not being readily available other than from vehicle manufacturers.

We started the business under the name 'Strut Regas' and then Gas Strut Engineering when we diversified into all types of structures using gas struts particularly for the architectural and building industry.

Given our engineering experience we can do the necessary calculations and supply struts and fixing arrangements for loads up to 200 kilograms.

If struts are not re-gasable then new struts can be manufactured to the original specifications.
